Samuel Siemens-Brega

Samuel is a Junior Legal Counsel at Franssen Tolboom Advocaten. He is primarily involved in the firm’s administrative law practice and supports the team on regulatory matters within both the advisory and litigation practices, assisting both national and international clients. In this role, he contributes to complex legal matters and prepares legal opinions and legal analyses.

Samuel obtained his Master’s degree in Labour Law from the University of Amsterdam in January 2026. In his master’s thesis, he conducted a comparative analysis of dispute resolution in professional football, examining specialised sports tribunals and access to ordinary courts in light of Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
