Michelle de Graef-van Twist

Michelle has been an attorney-at-law since 2023 and is a member of the litigation team at Franssen Tolboom Advocaten. She works across both the firm’s civil and administrative law practice.

She advises and represents companies operating in regulated sectors, assisting clients with complex legal and strategic matters. Michelle combines broad experience in both advisory work and litigation with a sharp eye for legal risk and a practical, solutions-driven approach. In proceedings, she is known for her tenacity, focus and ability to respond swiftly to changing circumstances.

Prior to joining Franssen Tolboom, Michelle worked at a boutique law firm specialising in technology, media and communications (TMC). There, she advised clients on issues at the intersection of private law, administrative law and intellectual property law.

Michelle holds an LL.M. in Information Law from the Institute for Information Law (IViR) at the University of Amsterdam.
