FTL Presentations at the Gaming in Holland Conference 2026
- Events
On June 4, our team had the pleasure of speaking at Gaming in Holland 2026 in Amsterdam.
Frank Tolboom gave a presentation titled “Navigating KSA reliability assessments: From license application to M&A approval”. He discussed the growing importance of reliability assessments for licensees. Among other things, he addressed the pros and cons of the existing notification requirement that applies after the completion of a transaction and the new “pre-application” route recently published by the regulator.
During the breakout session, Chris Adriaansz and Joris Crone shared practical insights and key considerations regarding the Dutch (re)licensing process for providers of remote games of chance. They engaged in discussions with various parties from the regulated gaming market on topics including the exit plan, the notification policy, the violation prevention document, and the addiction prevention policy.
We look back on a successful event. Copies of the presentations can be shared upon request. Please send an email to secretariaat@ft-l.nl.
